Domain Name Options
We can help you decide on the right domain name for your website if you don't already own one. Having a keyword rich domain name can help you greatly with your search engine position so please ask our advice before purchasing one. We can purchase one on your behalf or make sure the one you have purchased is set up correctly to work with our hosting.
Hosting
All our packages include unlimited hosting as standard so you never have to worry about running out of space.
Initial Design
We will create a design for your website at the start of the project. All of our websites are built to current web standards and are tested in all the main browsers (Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Google Chrome).
Basic Search Engine Optimisation
As standard, we ensure that the content of your site is search engine friendly and provide you with advice and support on how to improve your search engine position. There are also lots of things you can do yourself and we are happy to share our knowledge with you.
Search Engine Registration
Upon completion of your website, we register it with Google, Yahoo and Msn. There are a few tricks to speeding up the process of getting registered in their rankings. We do everything we can to get your site registered as quickly as possible.
Alterations when required
Simply email us your text and image alterations via email and we will make the amends within 48 hours. We aim to do them sooner but it all depends on our workload.
Email Accounts
All of our website management packages come with hosting and up to 20 professional email addresses for your domain (i.e. info@mydomain.co.uk). You can create and manage your email accounts via an online control panel and your mail can be set up with outlook or outlook express. We also have a free webmail service so you can access your email from any internet based pc like popular service such as googlemail, yahoomail, etc.
Website Statistics Report (Google Analytics)
Once a month you will receive a free website statistics report via google analytics. This is great for keeping track of how many hits your site is getting and what keywords people are using to find you. The report is sent to you via email on the first of every month.
Website Monitoring Service
We have recently added a website monitoring service so we receive an email if your site isn't working. We can then investigate and contact our hosting company to resolve the issue.
Enquiry Forms
Having an enquiry form on your website is very useful. Not everyone has access to their email program all the time so adding an enquiry form ensures they can quickly and easily send you a message. This is delivered to your chosen email address in seconds so you can get in touch with potential customers. The fields can be anything you like so you could also use them for booking forms or tournament registration forms, etc.
