The PDF format is the most popular for downloadable documentation on the internet. All you need to view a PDF is a free program called Adobe Reader which can be found on most pc's these days.
There are also lots of programs available which allow you to convert a word document into a PDF but our favourite is Primo PDF which can be downloaded for free. Documents can then be uploaded to your webspace and links to them can be added to your website.
